Innovate 4 Nature (I4N), the Geneva-based foundation, and Metastable Ventures have entered into a partnership to accelerate nature-positive startups.
Two complementary roles
I4N runs Action Labs and innovation challenges. These start from concrete corporate challenges and identify, screen and support the most promising nature-positive solutions on their path to pilots and deployment. Metastable Ventures brings investment and venture-scaling expertise and independently assesses selected startups for their potential to scale.
Together, the two organisations aim to connect validated corporate demand with the expertise and capital needed to scale solutions for nature.
First focus: ports and coastal value chains
The collaboration starts with I4N’s Ports Action Lab, which focuses on ports and coastal value chains.
